Shipping & Returns
All orders from customers in the UK (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) are eligible for free postage when spending £5.00 and over.
Smaller orders; those under £5.00, will be subject to a 75p delivery charge.
Postage & Shipping
Standard shipping of any order to UK customers will be handled by the Royal Mail using 2nd Class Post or the Standard Parcels service, whichever is most appropriate. Items are normally sent within 24 hours of payment being cleared. Please allow up to 18 working days for your items to arrive after payment for your order has been received before contacting us regarding a possible missing order. In most cases deliveries will arrive much sooner than this, but we must take into account the Royal Mail window of delivery period.
Deliveries to Europe
Deliveries to Europe outside of the UK (including EIRE) have a fixed delivery charge of £5.95. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail Airmail. Please allow 28 days for delivery, NOTE 1: We are unable to ship certain, large items, overseas due to cost incurred, these items have been identified as such on the individual descriptions. Please do not order these items if you expect delivery overseas, as they will not be dispatched, thank you. NOTE 2: We are unable to ship pressurised containers (Spray Cans mainly) overseas due to legal requirements. Please do not order these items if you expect delivery overseas, as they will not be dispatched, thank you.
Deliveries Worldwide
Deliveries worldwide to addresses outside of Europe have a fixed delivery charge of £12.95. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail Airmail. Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally and rarely an item that has been purchased is out of stock for various reasons, if you purchase an item that we are out of stock of, we will endevour to ship the item to you as soon as we get a re-stock. We endevour to list correct stock quantities for items so that this situation will not arrise. We do not intend to list items that we do not have in stock at that moment.
Pre-Orders
Any items that are purchased as Pre-orders wil not be shipped until the release date. If you have purchased other items at the same time, the whole order will be despatched when the latest release dated item has become available. Products that are pre-orders will have a comment at the bottom of the item description starting - This product will be in stock on... then give the date of release.
If there is an issue with any of the items you have ordered before your transaction has been processed, we will inform you of the issue and give you options to best resolve the matter.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays) after reciept of your goods, without reason. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid by returning the product, in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. DO NOT return any item until we have notified you and replied to any such communication.
Wargame Miniatures will make every effort to replace damaged and faulty goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Wargame Miniatures only obligation is to refund the full purchase price. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Christmas & New Year:
The
last royal mail Christmas post date for second class mail can be found on the
Royal Mail website, please order by 5:30pm the day before the final Second Class Post date to avoid disappointment. These are recommended post dates from Royal Mail and do not guarantee delivery before christmas, for more information

Deliveries will vary, please check the Royal Mail website, and/or contact us for
more information.
Deliveries that are to made around the New Year period should allow an extra few days for delivery. This is due the bank holidays, holidays and non-working days of various couriers/royal mail/suppliers we use around this period. |
