Wargame Miniatures Terms and Conditions - correct as of 21st August 2009
Please read carefully. We may change these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes will come into effect from the date they are posted here.
Please ensure that the details you provide when placing an order are correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for errors caused by wrongly given information. We will inform you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and you may be invited to complete the transaction via another method.
Prices & Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds (£). The price you will be asked to pay includes any tax (VAT) payable and applicable delivery charges. All prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. We accept payment by credit card & debit card via PayPal, or via a valid PayPal Account. UK drawn cheques and bank transfer can also be used for orders placed by letter or in person. Orders placed by letter will be despatched to you within 14 days of receipt of payment.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays) after reciept of your goods, without reason. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid by returning the product, in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
Wargame Miniatures will make every effort to replace damaged and faulty goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Wargame Miniatures only obligation is to refund the full purchase price. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you place an order with us. Customer satisfaction is key to our trading policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Details of your legal rights are available from The Citizens Advice Bureau or Consumer Direct.
